  • Each product shipped by EDI Living is insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Your shipment confirmation email will contain the tracking details and carrier information associated with your order.
  • We extend our shipping services to most regions within the state.
  • Internationally, we ship to over 50 countries, offering various shipping options as applicable.
  • Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
  • All orders necessitate a signature upon receipt.

Delivery/ shipping Time

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number along with delivery details.
  • Shipping durations depend on whether the item is readily available in our warehouse or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each product is indicated on the product page.
  • Items stocked in our warehouse typically undergo processing within 7-14 days.
  • Made-to-order or customized items are shipped within 45-90 days.

DOOR DELIVERY

The delivery of ordered products will adhere to the following conditions:

  • For residences or offices located on the ground floor, products will be hand-delivered to the doorstep.
  • In multi-level buildings, products will be securely placed in a designated lobby area after notifying the security desk.
  • Assembly instructions, if applicable, will accompany the product.
  • Prior to ordering any product, we encourage customers to view our "Measure Your Space" video, which offers easy steps to ensure size adaptability and smooth delivery.
  • The arrangement of manpower to transport furniture into any specific space will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • EDI Living and our logistics partner cannot be held responsible if the ordered furniture does not fit into your home.
